On Saturday at Kingsway 1 (MGC Civil Oval), our Fremantle - 2s fell to Wanneroo - 2s with lessons to take away.
Our totals were 10/106, against Wanneroo - 2s' 10/155 and 2/107. Charlie Campo top-scored, making 21 off 54 balls. Nathan De Villiers bowled well for our opponents, taking three for 22.
Sam Harding picked up three for 18 off 9.3 overs. Vicario Gracias chipped in with three for 20. Kane Pearce posted 50 for the hosts, a good fifty. Callum Douglas added 47 for our opponents.
Credit to the hosts, who played well. We will be looking to get back in the winning column soon.
Plenty to work on, and plenty to like.
