It was a day to forget for our Fremantle - 1s, who lost out to Mount Lawley - 1s despite Christopher Davenport's 63.
Batting first, we were all out for 158 in 45.1 overs. Christopher Davenport's 63 not out off 72 balls was a half-century to remember. Charlie Mustard weighed in with 28 off 49 balls. Phillip Walshaw was the pick of Mount Lawley - 1s' bowlers with three for 28.
In reply, our opponents passed our total, finishing on 2/159 in 34.2 overs. Credit to Adam Thomas, who made a half-century (87) for the hosts.
On to the next one.
