It was a disappointing outing for our Fremantle (PT20), who were second best against Bayswater-Morley (PT20) at Burrendah Park 2 (Hola Health Park 2) on Sunday.
Batting first, we posted 7/158 from 20 overs. Kaiden Cookson top-scored with 48 off 39 balls. Dylan Ratter provided good support with 48. Adam Solomons chipped in with 30. Matt Russo did the damage for Bayswater-Morley (PT20) with three for 37.
Our opponents reached the target at 1/163 in 15.2 overs. Ryleigh Cameron posted 77 not out for the hosts, a classy fifty.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with. It's two defeats on the trot, and the side will be eager to bounce back. Well played to our opponents.
